Confidence is one of the many traits that our students display from just a small amount of training.

Respect in other, elders, and oneself is taught among many other disciplinary morals.

By displaying good form and promoting through the ranks, students will demonstrate self-confidence in their technique and in themselves.

Like everything in life. Tae Kwon Do takes hard work and discipline. This skill translates to all other reall world experiences.

The study of Martial Arts is far more than just learning to “fight” and how to defend one’s self against unwarranted physical attacks. It’s also about mental focus and concentration, it’s about building self esteem and self respect, and it’s also about teamwork!

Here at Jones Brothers School of Martial Arts, we work hard not only to teach defensive skills, but also to instill in each student a quality sense of personal self worth and pride.

We believe in helping each student become a “whole” person, in body, mind, and spirit!

Young children and whole families are welcome in our program. Family old-fashioned values, and leadership for young children helps to build character and discipline. Through the study of martial arts, children learn to be respectful of adult authority and to build high self-esteem and confidence.
